I'm not a tech company. I'm a business owner, just like you.

For 20 years I ran businesses across all kinds of industries, and I lost more customers than I'd like to admit to one simple thing: I couldn't always get to the phone. After hours. On a job. Helping the customer right in front of me. Every missed call was money walking out the door. Most of the time, I never even knew it happened.
